The Stress Management programme has been developed into an online tutorial programme that you can purchase and follow in your own time and at your own pace. The recommendation would be to complete one module per week over a three week period as this allows for learning time, making use of tools and implementing strategies in-between modules.
Each module takes approximately 45 minutes and includes a video tutorial with downloadable/printable PDF documents for each title within the module.
